I currently work at ZFIN, the central repository of information for the model organism Zebrafish after receiving my PhD from the U of O in Computer Science. My previous research was on modeling neural networks responsible for chemotaxis in another model organism, C. elegans in the Lockery Lab and developing methods for neural network analysis.
